Healthy Nutella ? YES PLEASE!!🤤 I grew up on Nutella. Like 2 toasts with a thick layer of this chocolate goodness to start off my day. I remember the first time I looked at the ingredients and realized this was not a healthy food and was pack with sugar and palm oil...

Honestly the commercials had totally fooled me! #marketingatitsfinest. This being said, it's evident nutella is not a healthy nutritious choice, however, it can still fit as a "sometime food" (i.e enjoy it here in there (maybe at a restaurant or on occasions) but don't make it a staple in your nutrition).

If your a nutrition lover and want more in your life, this recipe is the best of both world. Delicious chocolaty hazel nut spread with a healthy nutrition profile! I would be lying if I said it taste the same as nutella.. it doesn’t. But it’s a great alternative 🙌🏼

Ingredients:

2 cups of hazel nuts

1/2 cup of coconut oil

3 tbsp. cocoa powder

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp salt

2-3 tsp. vanilla

2-3 tbsp. espresso

Directions:

1. In a food processor (or high performance blender) Combine hazelnuts and coconut oil.

2. Add the rest of ingredients- pulse until smooth

3. ENJOY!!!!
