Gluten Free High Fiber Banana Bread🍌

What is better than a warm banana bread with nuts & chocolate chips 🤤? Nothing is right!! Banana bread is one​ of my comfort treat. And it’s even better when I can make it as nutritious as possible without taking away from the taste

Healthy + Delicious = Winning!

This banana bread is

âś…Gluten free

âś…Dairy free

âś…A good source of fiber

âś…A good source of protein

âś…A source of omega 3 fats

​✅ IS SO DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

4 bananas

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

2 1/2 cups of rolled oats

1 cup gluten free flour

1/4 cup of hemp seeds

1/4 cup of flax seeds

2 tbsp of cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup of chopped pecans

1/3 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven at 350F.

2. Use paper to cover loaf pan (or you can grease it with coconut oil)

2. Mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl

3. Mix in eggs, one at a time.

4. Add vanilla, maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix well. Set aside

5. In another mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, hemp seed, flax seeds, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.

6. Gradually combine dry mixture into wet mixture while stirring constantly.

7. Add in pecans and chocolate chips. Mix well.

8. Pour mixture in loaf pan.

9. Bake for 45 minutes

10. Take loaf out and let it cool down (20-25minutes)

11. ENJOY!

This recipe will make 14 slices of delicious banana bread!

5g of fiber

8g of protein
