Two Ingredients Healthy Protein Pancakes

As a French Canadian woman, I ADORE crepes/pancakes! However, I never liked the idea of eating a bunch of sugar for breakfast... & I also don't want to spend 20 minutes preparing them.. So I came up with this EASY & HEALTHY Protein Pancake Recipe! I have this at least once a week! It is so good!!!

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Protein Powder ( I love the Arbonne Vegan protein! Check it out)

3/4 cup of egg whites

How to make:

1. Mix 2 ingredients together

2. Pour in cooking pan & Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes

3. Flip pancake over

4. ENJOY!

Note: I always add my favorite fruit & love to use peanut or almond butter<3
